all that i'm after is a life full of laughter.

this past week, week seven of year 26, didn't involve a lot of firsts. in fact, i can only think of one first from week seven - a medieval festival with bo last sunday. it was a rainy afternoon (it was a rainy week, actually, and i loved it), and we walked around under a broken umbrella looking at the costumes, swords and handmade gifts.

though there weren't many firsts this past week, it's comforting to know that some things are always around and always stay the same. and, while my 26th year is about trying new things, it's also about what i feel my life has always been about.. recognizing, enjoying and being thankful for the forever-present people and things all around me.

thanks to my family and friends, i am forever surrounded by ever-growing love and endless laughter.. the kind of encouragement and support that makes anything seem within reach, and the certainty that ensures everything will be okay.. the belief that happiness is the most important thing..
